Allen-Stevenson School
Project: Replace and update existing carved wood student award plaques to reflect the school's new modern interior and new brand identity.
Solution: We moved our client to glass and aluminum to represent their new look and brand. Sayings and text were installed in satin aluminum three-dimensional water jet cut letters. The student award panels were executed in deep carved sand blasted glass. To build on their brand we sand blasted the back of each glass panel with their logo, leaving them unfilled so as not to interfere with the student names on the front of the glass which were black ink filled.
When you enter the facility you see the student awards prominently displayed and the school logo repeated 6 times.
Updates were made simple. Every year they return two glass panels to us in a specially built safe-return box. We add the new names and dates and ship the panels back to them. The update process takes under two weeks from start to finish.
